- Better management of low level risks and preparing for ‘unknown unknown’ risks
- How to work with asymmetric risk and using this as an opportunity
The Trainer - Ketan Varia
Ketan Varia is based in the UK and is the director of Kinetik Solutions. He has delivered over 30 change programmes across 5 continents. His experience includes ADP, British Airways, Motorola, Hertz Cars the NHS. Ketan has substantial international experience, including emerging countries of Mauritius and Sri Lanka. He recently delivered a programme of Advanced Risk Management practises for the Port of Milford Haven.
Ketan is a Chartered Engineer, moreover, he has written a book; ‘The Art of Transformational Change’ published in 2015, which has received many positive reviews.
Our Method for Training
We use a variety of collaboration tools including Zoom Whiteboards/Breakouts rooms and Miro to facilitate this virtual training.
The training will be highly interactive in a ‘workshop’ style, with opportunities to examine your own risks, and the opportunity to explore new thinking. We will also examine and learn from case studies.
