Virtual Lean/Agile Simulation
Want to implement quality and efficiency into your complex business process?
Our Virtual Lean/Agile Simulation Game offers realistic, versatile and comprehensive training in Lean principles to transform your approach to productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and employee stress.
Our virtual service simulation game is based on a fictitious Insurance company that specialises in asset insurance and trades internationally. You will also grasp the relationship between customer value, demand, time to carry out process steps, and the amount of resources needed.
Using agile/lean principles you will learn how to delight your customer with improved productivity and less stress.
The simulation measures bottom-line benefits to the company goals including revenue enhancement, productivity, space utilization and quality outcomes.
The benefits to your organisation from the simulation:
Enhance customer experience and value
Utilise digitalisation
Improve the “end-to-end” process including lead times and cycle times
Create an Agile and Flow mindset
Optimise compliance requirements
Understand the measure and effectiveness of each step of improvement
Designed for collaboration
Our simulation provides standard tools/platforms that can be reused for your actual process improvement at no additional cost.
Is fully virtual allowing your teams to be based across time zones and locations
Taps into employee’s creative potential for improvement
Is complex enough to be realistic
Is fun and engaging for all participants
The following tools are used throughout the training to complement the simulation:
“Great opportunity to visualise and discuss how work flows”
“Especially impressed how the process measures connect to the bottom line. Very convincing. Will use!”
“A useful exercise that gave me the basic principles of Lean and the importance of quality”
We will facilitate the whole experience
We will facilitate and tailor the whole simulation for you to meet your organisation’s learning and development. We normally run the simulation over three rounds. After each round participants work in a collaborative way using Lean Thinking to improve the process. At the end of each round measurements are reviewed to reveal underlying process opportunities.
These simulation measurements are all connected to InsureFlow’s goals, including revenue enhancement, productivity, space utilisation and quality outcomes.
The scenarios in the Simulation are typical of a service company’s processes and have been built on decades of experience in delivering operational excellence by our team.
