Our Coaching Charter



  • Work Related (Issues, Opportunities, Relationships).
  • Development of Individual, Team Working, Ways of Working, Work Behaviours, Delivery of Change, Delivering Projects, and Values and/or Career Goals.


  • One hour virtual slots via Teams/Zooms can be booked for individuals or teams.
  • Where possible we can also arrange face-to-face sessions.
  • We offer times that suit different time zones.

Feedback & Reporting:

  • We will ask coaches to provide evaluation and benefit of the coaching.
  • There will be a summary aggregate report of main issues and opportunities from sessions. No specific information will be shared unless you give permission.


  • The coaching sessions are completely confidential and specific details will not shared with anyone* unless you give permission.
