This product is specially designed for service sector.
2. How can I pay?
Once you complete the online order form, we will send you an invoice with the payment details on.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide. We require a telephone number to pass on to shipping company. The shipping cost will be on the invoice. You will need to pay any applicable import duties at customs, and your shipment may be subject to custom delays.
4. What is the lead-time on products?
From the date we received the payment, it can take up to 14 calendar days to ship the products, depending on where we are shipping in the world.
5. I am a EU customer with a VAT number. Can I get the VAT deducted?
Please provide your VAT number when placing an order and we will issue an invoice with the VAT deducted.
6. I have a question about running the simulation.

7. Can you send me spares for the product, If I lose something?
